Do you install fixtures I bought myself?
Yes. Plenty of homeowners pick out their own faucet, toilet, or vanity — we’re glad to install it. We’ll flag it if something looks like a quality or compatibility problem before we open the box, so you’re not paying for a return trip.
Is it worth repairing a leaky faucet or should I replace it?
If the faucet is a decent brand and the failure is a cartridge, washer, or O-ring, repair is usually the better value. If it’s a builder-grade unit with worn internals, corroded connections, and pitted finish, replacement costs little more and lasts far longer. We tell you which one you’ve got.
How much does it cost to replace a toilet?
The labor is a predictable flat rate; the variable is the toilet itself and whether the flange, supply line, or shutoff valve needs replacing at the same time. We quote the whole job upfront — including hauling away the old unit — so there’s no adjustment at the end.
Why does my toilet keep running?
Almost always the flapper, fill valve, or float adjustment. It’s a small repair with a real payoff: a continuously running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons a day and show up plainly on your KUB bill. If the tank internals have been replaced repeatedly, the smarter fix may be a new toilet.
Can you install a garbage disposal?
