If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction. Otherwise, your information stays with us.

7. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep job records, invoices, and warranty documentation as long as we need them for warranty, tax, insurance, and legal purposes. Website analytics data is retained on the provider’s standard schedule. Records we no longer need are deleted or destroyed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Tennessee law.

8. Your choices

• Ask us what customer information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

Some parts of this site link to or embed services we do not control — our online booking form, financing applications, review platforms, and map providers. Once you are interacting with one of those tools, that company’s privacy policy governs the information you give it. We choose vendors carefully, but we cannot control their practices.

11. Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle customer information, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
