We don’t work that way. Our technicians tell you what’s wrong, what it costs, and what your options are, including the option of doing nothing yet. If a repair will hold for another five years, we say so. If it won’t, we say that too, and we show you why.

Hard Knox Plumbing is owned by Danny Ferris and Jarrett Mohn, who founded the company in Knoxville in 2023. Both are working plumbers — you may well have one of them in your house on a service call.
Will the same person always come to my house?
We’re a team of seven, so it depends on the day and the job, but we’re small enough that you’ll see familiar faces. Every technician has access to the notes from prior visits so nobody starts from scratch in your home.
Do you subcontract work out?
No. Residential service work is done by Hard Knox employees — licensed, insured, and accountable to us. That’s a large part of why we can warranty the work the way we do.
Are your technicians background checked?
Yes. Everyone who enters a customer’s home is vetted, uniformed, and drives a marked Hard Knox truck. You should always know who is at your door before you open it.
