He insists on a camera inspection before recommending any line repair, on the theory that homeowners deserve to see the problem they are paying to fix. Before Hard Knox he apprenticed at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. He writes the Hard Knox blog from what he sees in Knoxville homes every week.
